His qualifications, including a <strong>Diploma of Vocational Education and Training</strong>, an <strong>MBA in Marketing</strong> from Charles Sturt University, a <strong>Master of Professional Accounting</strong> from James Cook University, and a <strong>Graduate Certificate in International Relations</strong> from Griffith University, equip him with the skills to manage both the educational and business aspects of school leadership. I’m Susan Scott and I’m honoured to serve as Islamic College of Brisbane’s Chief Learning Officer (CLO). I’m passionate about education, from my learning journey to supporting others in theirs.It is a privilege to work alongside dedicated educators and promising young students at ICB. With over three decades of education experience both in Australia and overseas, I’m dedicated to realising the vision of making ICB the finest school in Australia.

I’ve completed several leadership and curriculum development courses and recently obtained a Graduate Certificate in Islamic Education.Through education, my goal is to empower our students. Let me introduce myself. My name is Sami Muamar and I feel privileged to be the Head of the Secondary School at the Islamic College of Brisbane (ICB). I've been working at this school for 10 years, and for the past three years, I've been leading the secondary department.ICB is very special to me, not only because of its academic excellence but also because of the values we uphold. As a practising Muslim, I'm proud to represent a school that aims to create responsible and respectful individuals in society.

My goal is to inspire our students to love learning throughout their lives. I believe that education should be an exciting journey that equips students with the skills and knowledge they need in our modern world. To achieve this, I create lessons that are not only challenging but also interesting and relevant to our student's lives.I use real-life examples, technology, and interactive teaching methods to make learning meaningful for each student. I encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, so our students become lifelong learners.
