Family Information

For the care and protection of your children current information on the following is essential for school records:

* change of name
* parents' places of employment

* changes in serious medical conditions
* emergency contacts (name and phone numbers)
* home address
* home and work telephone numbers
* alteration to custody arrangements

The above information will be updated annually during February. However changes at any other times must be made immediately by contacting the secretary at the school office (phone 07 3841 3645).
