Enrolment Confirmation Fee

*This fee is payable upon acceptance of a place at the school per family and is non-refundable, except in cases of visa refusal (visa refusal notification DIBP must be presented)

Advance payment

It is College policy that fees are paid in advance. Commencing students are required to pay 50% of one year’s fees (one semester) in advance in order for the school to issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE). Fees thereafter are required to be paid one semester in advance. The applicant may choose to pay more than 50 per cent of their tuition fees before the course commences.


*Items included in the levies: excursions and bus transport, incursions, camps, teaching material, school organisers & a sports levy. Items vary for different grades and additional payments will be collected by the teacher in class for non-compulsory excursions & competitions.

International Bank Charges

Any bank charges incurred when transferring money into the school account are payable by the applicant.

Non-Tuition Fees

Booklists - Textbooks & Stationery

Costs vary from year to year (approximately $500 to $600 per year) and are dependent on the entering grade. Booklist requirements for each year level are available through our supplier website, Please click here to place your order

Secondary Textbook Hire

$150 per student each year

Excursions & Events (Formal/Camp, Excursions)

Approximately $300 per year depending on grade


The wearing of the School uniform is compulsory and will cost approximately $1200 per year for one child. All items of uniform can be purchased from the College Uniform Shop with the exception of shoes, white socks, white undershirt and black leggings/tights. Boys formal shirts must be tucked in at all times, boy’s trousers must be worn with a black belt. Students must wear the correct footwear at all times. Formal Black shoes should have a distinct heel. All girls from Grade 3 onwards are required to wear the school hijab. The Uniform Shop is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 8.00 am to 9:00am and 2:30 to 3:30 pm during term time and extended opening hours prior to Term 1. Secondary Locker Hire

$10 per year for secondary students subject to availability

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

OSHC is insurance to assist international students meet the costs of medical and hospital care that they may need while in Australia. Costs vary depending on which provider is chosen, ranging between $400 to $600 per year for one student for 12 months. OSHC is compulsory and needs to be organised by the applicant to cover the full duration of their visa and provided to the school at time of application as per written agreement. ICB recommends Allianz for OSHC:


The Australian Homestay Network offers a range of homestay packages to suit different needs and budgets. Packages prices include internet access, laundry facilities and utilities (e.g., power, water). The cost for Homestay is ranging between $320 to $350 per week.


Moderation fee approximately $800.00 per year payable to the school to cover the cost of moderation and monitoring from QCAA (Applicable to Grade 11 & 12 only).


Competitions (ICAS)

Approximately $100 per grade per year for non-compulsory competitions.
